JOB OVERVIEW

The Reception and Concierge Hybrid role is designed to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This position combines the responsibilities of a receptionist with those of a Concierge Host, ensuring that Guests, staff and the client receive comprehensive assistance whether it’s within the Management Suite and on the malls.
Main Duties of a Guest Experience/Concierge Representative
The primary responsibility of a Guest Experience Representative here at Bluewater is to provide a comprehensive first point of contact service, ensuring the delivery of service excellence through various channels such as incoming calls, contact us emails, and redirecting them to the correct person or department. This role also involves welcoming all staff, visitors to the Management Suite, and guests to the Centre, ensuring they are assisted in a timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

The Guest Experience Representative is also responsible for being a main point of contact for events and meeting space bookings in the system. Additionally, they assist visiting guests with information at directory boards as well as when at the Guest Experience desk. Another key responsibility is to sell gift cards and answer any questions that relate to the terms and conditions set by the provider.
Maintaining Guest Service Standards
The Guest Experience Representative is also responsible for logging lost property as well as maintaining all aspects of the lost property processes. Furthermore, they ensure that guest service standards are consistently adhered to and strive to go above and beyond with every guest interaction.
