Responsibilities:
As CIP’s new Receptionist you will be welcoming our guests with a warm smile and providing them with impeccable service. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will make every visitor feel welcome as you assist them with any questions or requests, they may have. Answering incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor will also be one of your primary tasks.
But it doesn’t stop there. As Receptionist, along with our hostess and Reception Manager you will also be responsible for our fantastic meeting room floor with the best view in Copenhagen. From handling bookings to ensuring each room is set up perfectly, your attention to detail will guarantee that every meeting runs smoothly and efficiently.
Some of your daily tasks will look like:
- Ensure the maintenance of our electronic access cards for guests and colleagues
- Register parking for guests and colleagues
- Handle daily post/packages
- Assist with material for meetings, including printing
- Constantly review the workflow to improve our reception service
- Assist with the catering at the 12th floor
- Responsible for our taxi agreement
- Being a super user of our booking system for meetings and catering “Sign In Workspace”
- Managing the switch board
