EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must have the ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Answers all incoming calls to the main switchboard professionally and efficiently. Provides a positive and professional first impression to all guests and direct them accordingly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Operates main switchboard. Determines purpose of calls and forwards calls to appropriate associate or department.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, direction to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Receives and distributes all incoming packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) by emailing the recipient.
- Responsible for the ordering, receiving and stocking of FedEx supplies.
- Maintain phone extension, home address and birthday chart lists.
- Prepare and send weekly Travel Schedule.
- Send birthday announcements.
- Stuff and label birthday and anniversary cards sent monthly to property associates.
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and assist other departments with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
