REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Accurate data entry with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting required
- Minimum 1 year in a receptionist role preferred
- Previous experience in timekeeping will be considered an asset
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, greet, and forward incoming calls as directed.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive and Management team.
- Oversee daily timekeeping for accurate submission to the Payroll Department.
- Oversee distribution and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain, track, and order office supplies.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Other duties as required.
