Description:

For Immediate Joiner Only. The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support while also stepping in to fill the role of absent staff, such as a coordinator, office assistant, or other administrative positions. This is a flexible role where the individual must adapt to varying responsibilities and ensure that the office continues to run smoothly during periods of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Handle mail, maintain office supplies, assist with data entry, and organize documents.
  • Reliever Responsibilities: Step in for absent staff, manage schedules, delegate tasks, track project progress, and ensure team communication.
  • General Support: Coordinate office operations, assist with events, and provide team assistance as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
