Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front desk reception duties and team/project coordination, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in reception duties and team coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with office software (MS Office, email systems, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the IT industry or related fields.
  • Husband/dependent visa holders are preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

  • Handle all reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing incoming emails.
  • Coordinate and assist with various office and team projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in general office operations and provide support where needed.
