Description:

Customer Care Receptionist – (High Rise Residential)
Liberty Development Corporation located in Markham, is a leading Real Estate Developer of high-density mixed use development projects across the GTA. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Receptionist to join our team and work on site. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our purchasers and provide exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet purchasers and visitors as they enter the Customer Care office
  • Check in purchasers and visitors, manage logs, and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist in scheduling PDI appointments as required
  • Performs general administrative tasks for the department
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role within the high-rise development (customer care division)
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
