We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter , pleasant , positive and adaptable.
Your duties will consist of managing the phones to book client appointments and answer potential client inquiries via email First contact for all customers Greet clients as they come in Cash clients out through various methods: cash, debit, credit, special order and layaway transactions as well as phone orders The ability to work in a fast paced environment on certain peak periods. Proficient in typing and able to work evenings and weekends. Maintain your work area to be neat and tidy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong computer skills and data entry experience
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Clerical experience with front desk operations
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
  • Basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge preferred
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From $17.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
