JOB SUMMARY:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all Deloitte visitors and callers, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service. This role includes managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Required Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees;
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively;
  • Friendly and courteous with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phone systems, printers, and copiers);
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively within a team;

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome Deloitte visitors with professionalism and warmth;
  • Direct visitors to appropriate staff members and manage guest sign-in protocols;
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., brochures, business cards);
  • Answer and route incoming calls, handle basic inquiries, and take detailed messages;
  • Manage the company’s main email inbox, ensuring messages are appropriately routed and addressed in a timely manner;
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges;
  • Schedule appointments for clients and employees, managing the office calendar as required;
  • Support office management in scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and arranging refreshments;
  • Assist other departments with basic administrative tasks when required;
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries;
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and manage courier service pickups.
  • Monitor and authorize access to ensure office security;
