At Eni , we are looking for a Receptionist within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi . You will be responsible for providing effective support at the front desk reception and overseeing housekeeping and day-to-day General Services matters on the assigned office floor.

- Diploma/Higher Secondary Certificate, with extensive experience in a support services role.
- Fluent in English.
- Pleasant, welcoming and polite personality.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good computer skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Logical planning and troubleshooting approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Performing reception duties at the front desk counter.
- Coordinating with hosts to provide proper reception to guests and visitors.
- Ensuring that employees have valid and active access cards at all times.
- Inserting all required data and ensuring identification of visitors before issuing office access cards.
- Supervising cleanliness, safety, and tidiness on the floor.
- Ensuring pantry and office premises are clean and stocked with consumables.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
- Handling bookings of company car and meeting rooms, maintaining logs.
- Maintaining meeting rooms in good operating condition.
- Conducting weekly inventory counts of stationery and consumables, coordinating replenishment.
- Coordinating minor maintenance work with building management.
- Managing parking for VIP visitors if requested.
- Supervising office assistant during VIP visits.
- Ordering business cards and company stamps after approval.
- Ensuring that fruits and snacks are placed in the pantry twice a day.
