Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

Be flexible and positive is the core of this position!
According to the procedures and ways of working set by the Managers, you are in charge of the daily set up of the restaurant/ bar and participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment, while ensuring the application of health and safety rules.
You will ensure that all relevant procedures are handled carefully and will promote a favourable work culture and environment as well as our company values.
As a flexible and eager person you will also be in charge of greeting guest, doing check-ins and check-outs, answer to guest demands and ensure that the Marriott service quality is respected.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Willing to make a true difference in the lives of our guests during their stay with us.
  • To be familiar with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises to maximise hotel sales.
  • Whenever possible to anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • To display and fulfil positive service style.
