Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our Rapport team, to work at our client sites based in Birmingham. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm welcome to guests and covering Reception duties
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparation/set-up
  • Supporting with hospitality duties, preparing the guest and client pantry, ordering catering
  • Overseeing the post room duties and liaising with couriers
  • Assisting the facilities manager on site with ad-hoc tasks
    This is a lone working position so the ideal candidate should be able work comfortably on their own without supervision, collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager.
    We are looking for someone with great time management, self-discipline, and focus.
    Previous reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment is preferred, and you must be comfortable working with Microsoft office and preparing reports.
