Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the Front of House team. The successful candidate will welcome and deliver a professional, friendly, efficient, first class service to clients and guests visiting the office.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting clients upon arrival
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
  • Ensuring relevant personnel are notified when clients and visitors arrive
  • Maintaining the reception areas
  • Organising bookings of the client floor meeting rooms

The role will also involve supporting our Business Development and Marketing team in the smooth running of onsite events, sometimes out of hours with the option to earn overtime payments as required by the Department Head.
The successful candidate will be professional in appearance and will have excellent communication skills. They will also be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills at all times.
Working hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch and there is a competitive benefits package on offer.
