    We are looking for a highly motivated, great communicator to join our Reception team! Although experience is great it isn’t essential as full training will be provided, all you need is a friendly manner and a passion for people!

Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing our reservation system in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging and very rewarding role, involving interaction with every single guest, helping to ensure that each person who crosses our door has a truly unique experience with us.

Often the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll need to have a strong presence and warming character whilst working well under pressure. Duties will include:

  • Ensuring exceptional levels of service are delivered throughout the whole guest journey, from initial enquiries, through taking bookings, to offering a warm welcome when they enter the restaurant through to a fond farewell and everything in between
  • Communicating with guests and prospective guests in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email and in person
  • Handling and organising reservations using our online reservation system and ensuring guest requests are met
  • Responding to guest feedback via email and social media channels
