Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide basic information about the company and services to visitors and callers.
  • Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
