Description:
We are seeking fresher and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team at CRYSTLE PALACE BUSINESS CENTER. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be capable of managing daily operations efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have intermediate degree ( graduate prefer)

Responsibilities:
1) Reception and Customer Service:
- Greeting visitors and clients.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Managing inquiries and providing information about services.
2)Office Management:
- Overseeing office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs for facilities.
- Managing office space allocation.
- Send out timely renewal notices and handle contract renewals.
- Prepare and manage client contracts.
3)Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organizing meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Coordinating schedules for staff and services.
- Managing calendars for executives or teams.
- Solve issues related to daily operations and client inquiries with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
4)Document Management:
- Maintaining files and records, both digital and physical.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Managing contracts and agreements.
