Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities include giving information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors alongside other clerical duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School graduate preferred
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle multiple routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully, and general instructions completely.
