- Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office personnel.
- Manage incoming mail, correspondence, and phone calls.
- Address inquiries from clients and prospects effectively.
- Support the executive team with administrative tasks.
- Engage in daily office functions such as planning meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
