REQUIREMENTS:

We are ideally looking for applicants who have a solid background in customer services. Experience of working in a sales environment would be extremely useful, however, full training is provided, so if you don’t have this but do have exceptional communication skills and a history of strong customer service experience, we would still welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Receptionist/Front of House. for our newly renovated 12 surgery Dental practice - located next to Wetherspoon in Ashton Under Lyne.

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
  • Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsive Customer Care: As a Patient Service Representative your primary role will be to greet customers promptly face to face. You’ll provide assistance and information with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Efficient Problem Solver: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests with agility, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to leave patients satisfied.
  3. Accurate Records: Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  4. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when interacting with patients. Uphold the highest standards of service.
  5. Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring swift resolution for patients.
  6. Product Expertise: Be well-versed in our company’s products and services. Provide patients with comprehensive information and guidance.
  7. Efficient Processing: Handle various patient requests, from processing orders and forms to applications. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
  8. Stay Informed: Keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding our company’s products, services, and policies.
