Position Summary: A busy ENT office looking for a full-time receptionist. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service.
Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Taking all incoming calls and scheduling appointments for patients Greeting patients and registration Take payments. Task RX refill Must be able to work well as a team player and be able to work on your own individual responsibilities. Must provide courteous and friendly customer service; be able to work under pressure in a very busy office.
Qualifications: Must have excellent customer service skills, a great phone voice and telephone etiquette. Must be great with people and very friendly with strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must have a high school diploma and one-year plus experience in customer service in a health care environment. Able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
Hours: Monday- Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday’s from 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM. Please do not apply if you are not available to work all of these hours.
