Description:

South Surrey Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for an experienced, vibrant, positive, detail-oriented person to join our team as our full-time receptionist who can also help manage our social media accounts! We are looking for someone to represent our core values and exude confidence and happiness to our patients over the phone, through email, and face to face interaction.
We use JANE Software and previous experience with this software is preferred (but not required)
Need to be available to work some Saturdays
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating patient care through the clinic - checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, and preparing exam or treatment rooms for the next patient
- Proficient in managing social media accounts such as instagram, facebook, tiktok etc., ideal to have a background in marketing
- Answers inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a helpful, respectful and efficient manner
- Maintains appointment schedule, initiates and tracks appointment confirmations
Ensures patient confidentiality
- Delivers clear communication throughout the clinic
- Scheduling appointments, Billing (processing cash, debit and credit card payments) and Extended Health / Third Party / ICBC / WCB billings.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, be tech savvy, and able to multitask. Experience in an office / administrative position is highly preferred.
A positive attitude, an interest in health and a genuine love for helping people will go a long way.
