JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you’re passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding customer service, this role is for you!

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role in a professional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work well with a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor as they enter the premises.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, appointments, and providing general information about the services/products we offer.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring that all scheduling is accurate and efficient.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, keeping all areas presentable and welcoming.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with sales transactions as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle customer concerns or requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Help coordinate meetings or events, providing necessary materials or set-up assistance when needed.
  • Maintain a record of customer inquiries, interactions, and appointments for tracking purposes.
