Are you an experienced Receptionist who is helpful, resourceful, independent, and ready to join a fantastic team of professionals? GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU!
This is a customer service role as well as a receptionist role. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in an effective and efficient manner to support a busy property. Assist with answering high call volumes regarding current resident concerns. The receptionist will convey positive representation to reflect of the company to all visitors and incoming calls.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee the front desk.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Open and sort mail to respective companies and departments.
- Enter data into a computer system or software.
- Assist with general office clean-up of reception area, lounge area, meeting room and kitchen.
- Make maintenance requests and follow through to the end to assure issues are addressed.
- Answer or direct inquiries promptly, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Handle a high volume of resident concerns courteously and professionally.
- Identify caller’s problem by listening intently and help solve it by escalating it to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and highly organized.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- High degree of professionalism in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work weekends.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
