Description:

Our Office Management team is the heart and soul of the space we work in and one of the key elements of the overall GoodExperience of working in GoodData. Right now we’re looking for a Receptionist to join this team in the front line and guard our reception in the Prague office.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW…

This is a part-time position with an expected cca 20 working hours per week, the contract will be “DPP” or “DPČ”.

Responsibilities:

  • We’re an international company with many colleagues and partners from all over the world. So being comfortable speaking and writing in English is very important.
  • And to make sure that you’re able to communicate with visitors or partners who may not speak English, fluent Czech/Slovak is very important too.
  • You’ll need to be able to use Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. If you’re familiar with MS Office tools, it’s going to be fairly easy to switch over and of course, we’re happy to help :)
  • You like helping people, you’re well organized, and know it is important to cooperate well with others because no one can make it all on their own.
