Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. As a key member of their front office team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Answering phones promptly and courteously
  • Meeting and greeting clients/consultants in a warm, professional manner
  • Organise catering, coffee runs, birthday cakes
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Filing and shredding confidential documents
  • Managing and maintaining storerooms
  • Archiving administration
  • Updating office documents as required
  • Keeping reception, office and kitchen area tidy
  • Provide general administration assistance to the Management Team as required
  • Assisting with maintenance of Product Library
  • Assisting with any invoicing and accounts duties
  • Assisting with payroll or collation of staff timesheets as required
