Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. As a key member of their front office team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Answering phones promptly and courteously
- Meeting and greeting clients/consultants in a warm, professional manner
- Organise catering, coffee runs, birthday cakes
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Filing and shredding confidential documents
- Managing and maintaining storerooms
- Archiving administration
- Updating office documents as required
- Keeping reception, office and kitchen area tidy
- Provide general administration assistance to the Management Team as required
- Assisting with maintenance of Product Library
- Assisting with any invoicing and accounts duties
- Assisting with payroll or collation of staff timesheets as required
