JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in data entry, and a keen attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus)
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all materials are stocked.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations based on their needs.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle client orders with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations.
