Description:
YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced corporate Receptionist on a fixed-term basis to undertake a variety of duties that will support the smooth daily running of our South Perth Corporate office.
Reporting to the Supervisor Business & Facilities Support, you will be responsible for all incoming calls, visitors, deliveries as well as the visual presentation and stocking of office supplies and consumables.
Additional key accountabilities include:
- General reception duties - greeting visitors, taking and screening calls;
- Managing phones (MS Teams), incoming emails, updating various spreadsheets;
- Taking deliveries, managing / ordering couriers, stock control, collections from post office;
- Assist with booking and setting up catering for internal meetings;
- Occasional preparation of refreshments for visitors or Executive / Board meetings; and
- Keeping kitchen and general office areas clean, tidy and well stocked, including cleaning coffee machines.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Along with an engaging communication style and pro-active attitude, you must be a team player and bring the following skills:
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role within a corporate environment;
- Professional and friendly demeanour with a passion for customer service;
- Strong computer skills, MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel);
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a focus on getting the job done; and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
