Description:
RECEPIONIST-INCOME TAX OFFICE
Willson Income Tax is seeking a qualified candidate for our front office. This role will include:
- contacting clients to inform them their tax return is complete and scheduling appointments for pick up
- meeting with clients to review the tax return
- processing payments from clients for tax services
Requirements:
- basic knowledge of general income tax rules/guidelines
- strong verbal communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- reception/customer service experience preferred
Flexible schedule: choice of days, afternoons, and/or week-ends
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
Expected hours: 18 – 44 per week
