Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in customer service setting, preferably six months’ receptionist experience in a
professional office setting.
Strong customer service skills
Experience with multi-line phone system
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Exceptional multi-tasker
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Energetic, positive, and friendly
Organized and meticulous
Reliable
Bilingual is a plus
Must Be able to pass a drug test

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The position entails extended periods of sitting in front of a computer monitor. When
necessary, there will be interruptions and job duties that require the person to temporarily
leave the workstation to handle tasks such as sorting and delivering mail, resetting
conference rooms and offices, light cleaning duties. The ability to sit for prolonged period

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and route them to the appropriate
personnel
Schedule appointments and meetings for clients
Filling out intake forms and taking messages as needed
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers
Handle incoming mail and deliveries
Setting up new client services
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Light cleaning duties
