We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our home office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks while creating a welcoming environment for associates and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate contacts
  • Manage conference room calendars for 20+ conference rooms
  • Maintain visitor’s log and ensure access for all guests
  • Handle customer inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Work with department admins on scheduling meetings
  • Work with the Office Services team to maintain conference room appearance
  • Perform administrative duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred not required
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor

5 days a week 8am-5pm in-office required

Hourly Range: $20.91 - $24.04
