We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and dynamic Receptionist based at JoJo house, in the heart of Battersea. Reporting to our Senior People Partner, this isn’t just any receptionist role, this is a role where you can be at the centre of our Creative Hub taking charge of our front desk and office operations, making sure everything runs smoothly!

You’ll be working in our vibrant offices Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

A peek into your daily adventures::

  • You’ll be the first person our visitors see, setting the tone with a big smile and warm welcome assisting everyone from couriers to new team members.
  • You’ll manage incoming calls and queries, making sure that everyone gets the information they need.
  • Samples and parcels flow in and out daily and you’ll ensure they’re handled with care and efficiency.
  • You’ll take charge of ordering, maintaining and distributing inventory, office supplies and groceries keeping everything stocked and organised.
  • You’ll ensure our meeting rooms and communal areas are always clean and tidy, assist with room bookings, organise refreshments, and prepare rooms in advance for meetings and events.
  • You’ll oversee the maintenance of our lovely office plants and manage the gardener’s work in the courtyard garden, keeping our spaces green and inviting.
  • You’ll handle petty cash and manage director expenses.
  • You’ll support with the coordination health and safety related operations such conducting fire alarm tests, maintaining the logbook, and keep an updated list of first aiders and fire marshals – all under the supervision of our Health & Safety Manager.
  • You’ll communicate repair requests and coordinate scheduled upkeep visits, making sure our office stays in tip-top shape.
  • You’ll support with unlocking and locking the office on quieter days, as well as maintaining a list of keys and fobs to ensure security.
  • You’ll provide basic on-site assistance to our IT team, helping to keep everyone connected.
