Hours: Monday 12 PM - 8 PM, Tuesday 10 AM - 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM - 6 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
JOB SUMMARY
The Client Access Specialist 1 is a client-facing position responsible for creating a welcoming experience for all clients and visitors The Client Access Specialist 1 is responsible for treating all clients and visitors with respect and dignity and for providing exceptional customer service support. The Client Access Specialist 1 works closely with other Josselyn team members to ensure compliance in areas of client onboarding and client record maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist in mental health, healthcare, or related field required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including: Word, Excel, and Outlook and Zoom
- Good time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Interact with all clients and visitors in a respectful and welcoming manner
- Uphold HIPAA privacy standards for client data
- Follow client check in processes to maintain compliance for client records
- Answer the telephone in a timely and polite manner with appropriate and accurate navigation of calls
- Collect client payments for services
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Accurately upload client documentation into EMR system
- Maintain and manage the waiting room
- Timely completion of all projects as assigned by supervisor
