Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in reception handling and office administration.
- Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written

Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist you will be responsible to support all the departments and functions of the company as first point of contact for visitors, office customers and incoming inquiries to the Riyadh, KAFD – King Abdullah Financial District office.
This position will report to the Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and routing calls to the appropriate employee.
- Handle inbound, outbound Couriers and messages. Timely deliver the same to respective employee.
- Visitors Management with locating and contacting employees if needed and as a key point of entry to the organization and courtesy at all the times.
- Receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department.
- Takes and passes on messages. Determines when an issue is urgent and expedites a response, Also to coordinate and arrange the business events & trainings.
