JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly disposition, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in front of house, hospitality or reception environment is essential.
  • Proficient in O365 Suite applications.
  • The successful candidate must hold a UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and computerised systems.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
  • Must be presentable, a good time keeper and have an excellent attendance.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Must be proficient in the preparation and organising of refreshments for visitors and meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage incoming email correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised reception area and boardroom ensuring it is, clean, tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Support the administrative team with various office tasks as needed.
  • Utilise O365 Suite for scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
