Description:

TENANT EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • You will work collaboratively with your job share to develop and introduce seasonal events and added value initiatives for the tenants. These will be targeted to appeal to the tenants in the building, helping to drive a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace.
  • You will monitor feedback and participation and be proactive in recommending or tailoring to suit demand
  • You will produce a monthly communication e newsletter/email to tenants to update them on initiatives to encourage uptake and participation
  • You will produce a weekly report for key stakeholders to keep them informed of all activities
  • You will be confident and creative with a good eye for detail and able to produce communications using onsite/branded graphics.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • You will have proven experience of working in a high end customer service role
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be a competent Microsoft Office user
  • You will be proactive and used to working on your own, but also as part of a team
  • You will be personable with a confident manner, a warm personality and be able to deliver impeccable customer service
