  • you have worked in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role; or experience working in a marketing or sales environment

Responsibilities:

RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • working alongside a job share team, you will take pride in meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
  • managing deliveries, including couriers and post
  • general administration as required
  • produce a weekly report for key stakeholders

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • working collaboratively as a team, you will research, develop, manage and promote a structured events / pop ups programme – aimed at delivering a community vibe and offering activities to increase enjoyment during the working day. This may include weekly exercise classes, larger seasonal events, freebies and offers
  • work closely with the onsite café, adjacent gym and local business community to maximise promotional opportunities for tenants
  • work as a team to develop a newsletter to promote activities and initiatives to tenants
