We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our Office Services team in Brisbane.
About the team and the work
- In this receptionist role, no two days are the same! You will join the busy office services team supporting nearly 100 employees based in our Brisbane office
- You will be required to greet clients, answer telephone calls and interact with a variety of stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
- Additional tasks will include maintaining and tidying the reception area and meeting rooms as well as ad hoc administrative duties
- This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a lunch break

About you
- Ideally you will have some experience working reception in a busy office or had extensive experience in customer service and/or administration
- Sound computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office and messaging software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take effective messages and juggle tasks
