Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Operations team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5:00pm and every third Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

As one of our Receptionist team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, advising staff members of their arrival
  • Answering and managing all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders using PRONTO & updating relevant systems
  • Assisting with AOD screen processing
  • Coordinating and managing office & team processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers, and other office resources
  • Data entry and document uploading
  • Managing and maintaining office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment
  • Other administration duties as required
