Description:

The Role

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication. - Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and arranging meeting rooms. - Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with travel booking and arrangements and coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate or diploma holder - Experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluency in English - Immediately available
