POSITION DESCRIPTION – RECEPTIONIST (BRIGHTON SITE)

- Manage meeting room booking
- Organising training sessions and meetings
- Manage the allocation and ordering of uniforms, access cards and name badges
- Ensuring induction documentation is utilised and filed for team members and
agency workers.
Reporting and
Documentation
- Log maintenance concerns or identified faulty equipment and monitor progress to
completion
- Undertake regular reporting as required
- Maintaining up to date registers and records for team members
- Update RAC and ILU evacuation list
Communication • Preparing and coordinating internal and external correspondence
- Preparing meeting documentation including agenda’s, meeting minutes and
undertake minute taking duties as requested
- Maintaining staff noticeboards
- Respond the resident request using a person-centred approach
Leadership • Through interactions and duties maintain Mayflowers mission, values and policies
Compliance • Act in accordance with Mayflower values
Work Health Safety • Comply with the OHS Act 2004
- Take reasonable care to ensure your own safety, not place others at risk by any act

OHS obligations.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Quality Service • Manage general reception and associated administration duties
- Binding of visitor register books for facility when needed.
- Point of contact and management of incoming and outgoing parcel/ mail/courier
services for staff and residents
- Manage stationery supplies and ordering for Brighton RAC
- Assist Finance with general administration as required
- Assist residents with bookings for outings, making appointments etc
- Assist residents with lunch and dinner vouchers
- Maintain currency of Resident & NOK Mailing List, building and Resident Alpha List
undertake minute taking duties as requested
