Description:
As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day to day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Warwick Farm. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams!
Responsibilities:
TO ACHIEVE THIS, YOUR KEY DUTIES AND MAJOR ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects.
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email.
- Completing front office and administration duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- Able to work full-time
- Strong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to manage enquiries in a professional manner.
- Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
