    We are seeking a fabulous receptionist for a 3-month fixed term period for our Care Home and Village reception areas at our Gulf Rise Village, based in Red Beach. You will provide quality and timely reception support which enables effective service delivery for our Residents, staff, and visitors to Gulf Rise.

HOURS AS FOLLOWS:

Friday 8:30 - 5pm
Sat/Sun 10am - 3pm
Monday 8am - 6pm

We are seeking someone to bring their enthusiasm and people skills to the Village Care Home and to be the first point of contact at our office for staff, customers, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure the atmosphere at our Village reflects the service standards we excel at.

  • Professionally welcomes visitors and answers all calls in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Ensures the Reception area is kept neat and tidy
  • General administrative support to the Nurse manager and team in general.
  • Take an active role in monitoring all relevant Health and Safety issues, particularly in high-risk areas (i.e.: construction sites).
