Job Description
Lumino Porirua is currently on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to join the team!
We are a high-performing team of professionals who take great pride in the services and care we provide our patients.
As one of our receptionists, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating, and confirming appointment bookings for our clinicians, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore we require an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.

The hours for the role are below:

  • Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00pm

There may be a third day avalble in the fture

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous receptionist experience is preffered, ideally within the medical industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications.
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to Patient emails and queries.
  • Process payments and book appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.

The hours for the role are below:

  • Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00p
