PART TIME – RECEPTIONIST – MORDIALLOC

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Agents Representative Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in administration preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of initiative
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Immaculate presentation and well spoken

  • Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner
  • Assisting with property management & sales queries
  • Greeting clients in a friendly manner as a first point of contactDiary management
  • Assist with co-ordination of marketing for rentals and sales and the office in general
  • Data entry and basic office duties
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism
