Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Receptionist you’ll act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building providing an excellent first impression and who will work in the busy and ever-changing environment of the reception within our hardworking team, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, 37.5 hours per week on a permanent full-time basis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive high profile visitors who need to be dealt with efficiently, ensuring minimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting
  • Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care
  • Perform basic administration tasks
  • Includes meet and greet, general admin duties and booking clients in and out
  • Provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner
