Responsibilities:
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience is key to this role, we require all of our customers to be provided with exceptional service in all of their dealings with us
- As first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients and staff, the customer experience is key and our teams are required to ensure this first impression is a key focus and delivered to outstanding levels consistently
- Ensuring all processes and procedures for the Reception, BEC and mailroom are implemented and followed correctly.
- Issuing of visitor and contractor passes and ensuring all visitors are signed in and accompanied as required by the appropriate person
- Answering calls quickly and efficiently and supporting our customers with their enquiries
- Use of the Matrix room booking system is manage and oversee delivery of meeting room space
- Mailroom duties including receiving and recording post, issuing post, collating and preparing post for collection, ensuring the mailroom computer system is kept up to date at all times
- Assisting with the management of meeting rooms and events within our Business Events Centre including room set up, confirming room bookings and requirements for bookings, assisting customers during their events to ensure all requests are dealt with promptly and effectively, preparing meeting rooms between bookings for next meeting
- Supporting BEC events out of hours to ensure all requirements are delivered effectively
- Supporting implementation of building health and safety procedures for relevant areas as required
- Any other adhoc duties as required
