  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Computer literate in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • CRM system experience advantageous, but not essential
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Duties and Responsibilities::

  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to relevant person
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Welcoming and assisting new staff
  • Assisting colleagues and CEO as and when needed
  • Complete tender documents
  • Maintaining and updating client information
  • Generate leads through the internet, catalogues, or any other means
  • Communicate with recruitment agency with regards to vacant positions
  • Monitor daily attendance
  • Share adverts on social media platforms
  • Coordinating website updates and changes
  • Create quarterly email campaigns
  • Order office consumables (stationery, coffee etc)
  • Advise on any office maintenance required
  • Fleet monitoring and vehicle inspection for license renewal, servicing etc
  • Plan and organize team-building events twice a year
