We have a rare opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Services Assistant to join us in our Canberra office in a permanent, full-time role.

About the role

  • This role provides support to the Office Manager and the Canberra office, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
  • Working as part of a team, as well as reception tasks you will be answering phone calls, taking messages, maintaining the reception and kitchen areas, working with mail services, suppliers, and delivery personnel

About you

  • Ideally you will have some experience working reception in a busy office or had extensive experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Sound computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office and messaging software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take effective messages and juggle tasks
  • Ability to commit to the hours required, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
