JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively. As a receptionist, you will handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure that the reception area is welcoming for both clients and employees
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and logistical support
  • Provide support for office events or meetings as needed
