JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively. As a receptionist, you will handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in administrative tasks, including filing and document management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure that the reception area is welcoming for both clients and employees
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and logistical support
- Provide support for office events or meetings as needed
