Description:

Overview:
Responsible for operating a multi-line phone system answering inbound phone calls. Routes callers to correct department or individual. Responsible for calling and recruiting donors on call lists provided to them each day as well as receiving/sorting mail. Candidate will also be logged in to our live chat feature assisting donors throughout the day.

  • Appropriately greets/acknowledges all visitors in a professional manner determining nature of business while providing all guests with guest sticker
  • Receives incoming telephone calls determining purpose of call and transfers as needed
  • Recruits donors by calling specific call lists provided by Telerecruitment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to organize work for timely completion
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
